◆ 产品概述
OZO-L系列臭氧灭菌柜，主要由双层不锈钢腔体、臭氧发生器及投加系统，智能控制系统及在线检测系统等组成。
OZO-L series ozone sterilizer is mainly composed of double-layer stainless steel cavity, ozone generator and dosing system, intelligent control system and online detection system.
◆ 性能特点
◆采用管式风冷智能微间隙放电技术，配以新型电源，具有臭氧浓度高、耗电少、运行稳定、寿命长等特点。
◆采用双层不锈钢结构，先进的设计理念，精湛的加工制造技术，确保内腔无焊点，不泄露。
◆触摸显示屏操作，PLC自动控制，机电一体化设计，可对工作电压、电流、灭菌时间、臭氧浓度等多种参数实施在线连续检测、报警、保护，保证系统安全可靠运行。
◆运用内循环技术，将腔体内气体通过耐臭氧腐蚀的内循环风机经过滤器吸入臭氧发生器内，形成洁净的臭氧气体后，重新充入腔体内，迅速提高臭氧浓度，臭氧气体分布均匀。臭氧浓度高，可达100ppm以上。
◆可根据用户要求设计为低温烘干、双扉联锁型灭菌柜。
◆Using tubular air-cooled intelligent micro-gap discharge technology, coupled with high-efficiency new power supply, has the characteristics of high ozone concentration, low power consumption, stable operation and long service life.
◆Using double-layer stainless steel structure, advanced design concept and exquisite processing and manufacturing technology to ensure that there are no solder joints in the inner cavity and no leakage.
◆Touch screen operation, PLC automatic control, mechatronics design, can implement online continuous detection, alarm and protection of various parameters such as working voltage, current, sterilization time, ozone concentration, etc., to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.
◆Using high-efficiency internal circulation technology, the gas in the cavity is sucked into the ozone generator through the ozone corrosion-resistant internal circulation fan through the filter, and after forming clean ozone gas, it is recharged into the cavity to rapidly increase the ozone concentration, and the ozone gas is evenly distributed. The ozone concentration is high, up to 100ppm or more.
◆It can be designed as low temperature drying and double door interlocking sterilizer according to user requirements.

制药厂、医院、食品、生物制品、精细化工、化妆品等行业各类物品、包装容器、工作服、工器具、原辅料等的灭菌干燥。
