OZO-DT系列公斤级空气源臭氧发生器，主要由空气处理系统(空压机、储气罐、冷冻干燥器、精密过滤器、PSA富氧干燥机)、臭氧发生系统、智能电源控制系统等组成。
OZO-DT系列公斤级氧气源臭氧发生器，主要由液氧槽车、液氧储罐、气化器、臭氧发生系统、智能电源控制系统、臭氧现场投加应用系统、臭氧化气体处理系统等组成。
